CLEMJ born Jones Ng'ambi is the multi-talented, 26-year-old (born February 15th, 1998) singer and songwriter who has made his way to the top of the Malawian Afro-dancehall scene over the past few years. Seeking to bring his one-of-a-kind style to the international level, CLEMJ is blessed with a crazy, sick lyrical ability and rides upon Afro-dancehall’s most current riddims and old school classics alike, with a unique style unmatched by most others. He dropped his first local hit, “MOYO,” at the age of 20, which quickly led him to get noticed by Malawian and other producers alike. At the same time, his hard work, determination, and potential caught the eye of CEO of P-kay studios, Mr. Chiundira, who quickly signed him immediately with the other three upcoming artists, as he saw the potential of this young star in the making. Over the next few years and under the watchful eye of his new manager, his career gathered steady momentum as the talented young artist released a string of singles, collaborating with most of Malawian top producers. The young artist and his manager have also set up a new company: Pkaymedia, under which his team now releases all of his music independently. CLEMJ is hailed as the next rising star in Afro-dancehall. In 2024, CLEMJ is achieving more.
